पर्सनल कम्प्यूटर क्या है ?

पर्सनल कम्प्यूटर व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए छोटा, अपेक्षाकृत कम खर्चीला डिजाइन किया गया कम्प्यूटर है। यह माइक्रोप्रोसेसर प्रौद्योगिकी पर आधारित है। व्यापर में इसका उपयोग शब्द संसाधन, लेखांकन, डेस्कटॉप प्रकाशन, स्प्रेडशीट तथा डेटाबेस प्रबंधन आदि के लिए होता है। घर में पर्सनल कम्प्यूटर का उपयोग मनोरंजन के लिए, ई-मेल देखने तथा छोटे-छोटे दस्तावेज तैयार करने के लिए होता है ।
